    • 摘要: 煤样的质量是瓦斯含量直接测定技术的关键。针对目前取样过程中存在的问题,展开了对SDQ-73型深孔快速取样装置的使用性研究;通过在焦煤能源有限公司演马庄矿27131工作面回风巷(下段)的初试得出了取样效果较差的原因,并对取样工艺技术进行改进,经过改进后的再试验,实现了SDQ-73深孔快速取样装置快速、定点、深孔取样,完全符合GB/T23250《煤层瓦斯含量井下直接测定方法》的取样要求,可在类似条件矿井推广使用。

       

      Abstract: The coal sample quality is the key technique to measure gas content directly. Aiming at the problems of the sampling process, the research was carried out about the applicability of SDQ-73 deep-hole fast sampling device. Through the first test conducted in the return airway (down section) of working face 27131 in Yanmazhuang Coal Mine of Coking Coal Energy Co., Ltd, the reason of less sampling effect was obtained, and the sampling technology was improved, by further tests after improved, the aspects of rapid, fixed, deep sampling had achieved for SDQ-73 deep-hole fast sampling device, it accorded with the sampling requirement of GB / T23250 "direct measurement method of underground coal seam gas content", which could be extended to use in similar coal mines.
