    急倾斜煤层支承压力分布特征研究

    Research on Support Pressure Distribution Characteristics of Steeply Inclined Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 为了研究急倾斜煤层支承压力分布特征,采用3DEC软件对综放开采过程中支承压力平面分布、走向与倾向支承压力影响范围、峰值大小与位置等内容进行研究。研究表明:急倾斜综放工作面支承压力动压区呈“圆弧形”分布,稳压区呈“矩形”分布。工作面上部超前支承压力峰值明显高于下部且峰值距离煤壁较远,具有非对称特征。与倾斜煤层相比,急倾斜煤层侧向支承压力动压区走向影响范围更广,稳压区沿倾向的影响范围更大。通过现场实测对以上结果进行验证,并提出具有针对性的冲击地压控制方法。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the support pressure distribution characteristics of steeply inclined coal seam, the 3DEC software is used to study many aspects in the process of fully mechanized caving mining, such as the planar distribution, trend, influence area, peaks and locations of support pressure. The results show that the dynamic pressure area of support pressure presents arc-shaped distribution characteristics in steeply inclined fully mechanized caving face, while the stable pressure area is rectangle-shaped. The peak of advanced support pressure in the upper of working face is higher than lower area and far away from coal wall, it has asymmetric characteristics. Compared with the inclined coal seam, the influence range of side support pressure is larger in the inclination of dynamic pressure area and stable pressure area for steeply inclined coal seam. The results are verified by site measurement, and the targeted prevention and control method of rock burst is proposed.
