    Automatic Pressure Measuring Technology with "Two Sealing and One Grouting" Capsule Fast Sealing Technology in Cross-layer Borehole

    • 摘要: 针对大断面岩巷离层裂隙发育,难以准确测定煤层瓦斯压力和人工记录强度大等难题,在分析现有测压技术的基础上,提出并研制了“两堵一注”囊袋式封孔技术及装置,测压封孔时间不超过30 min,注浆压力为4 MPa,该技术和CPD8M型煤层瓦斯压力自动测定仪相结合能够实现煤层瓦斯压力的准确自动测定。经过现场应用,表明这种封孔测压方法操作简单,能够有效封堵大断面多重损伤下的围岩裂隙,可以准确自动测得煤层瓦斯压力。

       

      Abstract: For the problems that coal seam gas pressure is difficult to accurately determine due to bed separated fissures development in large rock-gateway, high strength of artificial record, based on the analysis of existing measurement techniques, we propose "two sealing and one grouting" capsule sealing technology and develop the device. In this technology, the grouting pressure is 4 MPa and sealing time is not more than 30 min, combined with CPD8M coal seam gas pressure automatic monitoring meter can determine the coal seam gas pressure accurately and automatically. Applications have shown that this method has the advantages of simple operation, effectively plugging surrounding rock crack under large section of multiple injury and can achieve accurate automatic measurement of gas pressure in coal seam.
