    Application of Medium Air Pressure Drilling Technology in Construction of Mining-coal Bed Gas Discharging Boreholes

    • 摘要: 针对松软突出煤层本煤层瓦斯抽排钻孔风压钻进的风压低、钻进深度小问题,基于风压钻进基本原理,提出中风压钻进技术工艺流程,集成配套中风压钻进系统和钻具等配套设备,并进行工业性试验。结果表明,与普通钻进技术相比,松软突出煤层本煤层瓦斯抽排钻孔的中风压钻进技术能有效减少钻孔施工时间,提高钻孔成孔率和钻孔深度;并指出了该技术在实际应用中存在的问题及解决方法。中风压钻进技术为松软突出煤层本煤层瓦斯抽排钻孔施工和瓦斯治理提供了一种新的途径。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at low air pressure and limited drilling depth of air drilling method of gas discharging boreholes in current outburst coal seam, based on basic principle and technological process of air drilling method, combining with field experiments of gas discharging boreholes using medium air pressure drilling technology in actual outburst coal seam, medium air pressure drilling system and drilling tools for outburst coal seam were deployed, and then medium air pressure drilling technology and technology process was proposed. The field experiments results show that medium air pressure drilling technology and process can effectively reduce construction time, increase borehole area and improve success rate and drilling depth of gas discharging boreholes, which provides a new approach to solve deep borehole drilling of mining-coal bed and coal seam gas treatment; besides, existing problems and its solutions of actual application of medium air pressure drilling technology were also indicated.
