    Prevention and Control Technology for Carbon Monoxide Gas in Mined-out Area Near Abandoned Mine

    • 摘要: 分析了与辛安煤矿1402辅运顺槽相邻近并已经废弃的原下漫沟煤矿采空区(火区)的安全隐患,为防止原下漫沟煤矿采空区(火区)CO气体经由采动裂隙涌入1402工作面而影响安全回采,通过实施注浆封堵固化保护煤柱的裂隙技术,不但封堵了保护煤柱的煤体裂隙,并且实现了固化煤(岩)体的作用。从而收到了有效防止原下漫沟煤矿采空区(火区)CO等有毒有害气体涌入1402工作面的理想效果。

       

      Abstract: We summarized the hidden danger which is from original Xiamangou Coal Mine gob(fire zone)that was abandoned and close to 1402 auxiliary transportation roadway of Xin'an Coal Mine. In order to prevent the CO gas from original Xiamangou Mine goaf (fire zone) through the fractures inbursting into the 1402 mining face and affecting the safety of mining, we not only blocked the fractures of the protective coal pillar, but also realized the solidification coal (rock) body role by implementing the technique of grouting solidification protective coal pillar carcks to achieve an ideal effect that CO and other toxic and harmful gas from primary Xiamangou Mine goaf(fire zone)can not swarm into the 1402 work face.
