    Design of TD-SCDMA RF Module Applied in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿无线通信系统需求,研究设计了成本低,覆盖范围广的TD-SCDMA井下射频模块。模块采用FPGA和CPLD逻辑器件组成系统硬件平台,开源μC/OS-II实时嵌入式操作系统为核心,配合高质量的射频模块。完成井下TD-SCDMA系统无线信号的覆盖工作,并且地面监控软件可以实时监控模块状态。

       

      Abstract: According to the requirements of coal mine wireless communication system, the TD-SCDMA RF module is designed, it has the characteristics of low-cost and wide covering range. The hardware platform of this module is composed of FPGA and CPLD logic components. μC/OS-II is the core of open source real-time embedded operating system with high quality RF module. Through this module, it achieves underground wireless signal coverage of TD-SCDMA system, and carries out real-time monitoring of module status with ground monitoring software.
