    Water Sealed Fire Barriering and Explosion Venting Devices Based on MCU

    • 摘要: 根据《瓦斯管道输送水封阻泄爆装置技术条件》要求,基于单片机AT89C51技术,设计了水位自动平衡的控制系统;装置实现了水位的自动控制,保证进气口有效密封到一定水面下,当瓦斯输送管道内发生爆炸时,能够有效泄爆、阻火,提高瓦斯管道的输送安全。

       

      Abstract: According to the requirements of "technical conditions of water sealed explosion venting device with gas pipeline", the control system of automatic water level balance was designed based on MCU AT89C51 technology. This device could achieve automatic control for water level, to ensure inlet effective sealing under water surface. When the explosion occurred in gas transmission pipeline, it could effectively carry out venting, fire barriering to improve transportation safety of gas pipeline.
