    副井提升机钢丝绳静态张力监测系统的设计

    Design of Static Tension Monitoring System for Auxiliary Shaft Hoist Rope

    • 摘要: 针对某煤矿副井提升机缺少载重测量系统的现状,设计了一套钢丝绳静态张力监测系统,实现了对钢丝绳张力、张力差的静态监测,系统并具有张力、张力差超限报警和手动设置报警值等辅助功能,提高了副井提升机安全运行的性能。

       

      Abstract: According to the present situation that the auxiliary shaft hoist is lack of load measurement system in a coal mine, a static tension monitoring system is designed. This system can monitor the static tension of rope and the tension difference, and it can achieve the tension transfinite alarm, tension difference transfinite alarm, manually setting alarm value, etc. It can improve the safe performance of the auxiliary shaft hoist.
