    Cooling Scheme and Thermodynamic Calculation for Motor Used in Small Pipe Jacking Machine of Mine

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿小型顶管掘进设备电机体积小、功率大、发热严重的特殊结构和应用场合,对电机冷却系统进行了设计,利用电机的S型水槽冷却管道和注浆管道来完成散热,并在此基础上运用流体换热的相关原理对其进行了换热计算,结果表明该设计方案能满足散热要求。

       

      Abstract: For the special structure and appication that small pipe jacking excavating equipment has small volume, large power and serious heating in coal mine, the cooling system of motor is design. The motor S type cooling pipe and grouting pipe are used to complete the heat dissipation. On this basis, relevant principle of fluid heat transfer is used to carry out heat transfer calculation.The result shows that the design scheme meets requirement of heat dissipation.
