    顺层钻孔封孔方法改进与实践

    Improvement and Application of Bedding Borehole Sealing Method

    • 摘要: 通过对8101工作面顺层抽采钻孔的抽采效果分析,发现封孔质量不好时导致抽采效果不佳的原因。在原有抽放封孔方法的基础上进行改进,提出了聚氨酯全段封孔、在聚氨酯全段封孔的基础上对煤体周围裂隙进行注浆封闭,以及聚氨酯速凝水泥结合的3种封孔方案,并进行了现场试验。结果表明,采用聚氨酯速凝水泥封孔能有效的提高顺层钻孔的抽采参数,优于其他2种封孔方案,而对煤体周围裂隙注浆封闭并不能有效提高抽采效率,最后对其原因进行了简要的讨论。

       

      Abstract: Basing on the extraction result of bedding borehole at 8101 working face, we found the reason that poor sealing quality cause poor extraction effect. By improving the original method of sealing drainage hole, three kinds of sealing methods (polyurethane sealing, grouting around the coal cracks on the basis of polyurethane sealing and quick-setting cement-polyurethane combined) were proposed and then conducted. The test results show that the quick-setting cement-polyurethane combined method can effectively improve the sealing extraction parameters of bedding drainage borehole, it is better than the other sealing methods. Finally, the reason why grouting around the coal cracks on the basis of polyurethane sealing can not effectively improve the extraction efficiency is discussed briefly.
