    Research and Engineering Application for a Kind of Mine-used Composite Anchor Cable Support Member

    • 摘要: 在煤矿井下巷道支护中多采用槽钢梁、T形钢带等作为锚索组合梁,在高地压软岩巷道、矿压显现明显等条件下,该类组合梁在锚索远未达到其额定支护力的时候就会发生屈服,锚索支护性能不能有效利用。针对上述问题采用理论分析、实验室实测等方法研制了一种新型锚索组合构件-箱型梁。现场应用表明:该箱型梁大幅提高了锚索组合梁的强度和刚度,承载能力较14#b槽钢梁提高8倍以上,较T3钢带提高14倍以上,能够有效收集围岩表面压力并传递给锚索,对控制高地压、软岩巷道的围岩变形效果明显。

       

      Abstract: Channel steel beam and T-shaped steel belt are often used to combine beam with the anchor cable in coalmine tunnel. But when the tunnel is in complex conditions, such as high underground pressure, soft surrounding rock and strata pressure distinctly, the combined beam have been yield when the anchor cable did not reach the rated support ability, the support property of anchor cable do not effective utilization. Aiming at these problems, the theoretical analysis and lab test method has been used, and a new kind of combined member of anchor cable, box girder beam has been researched. The field application showed that the box girder beam sharply increased strength and stiffness of the beam, which could effectively collect the surrounding rock surface pressure and transfer to anchor cable, the bearing capacity advanced 8 times rather than 14#b channel steal; 14 times rather than T-shaped steel belt. It can control the high ground pressure or soft rock roadway deformation effectively.
