    Mining Technology of Passing Collapse Column at Large Mining Height and Extended Mining Face

    • 摘要: 针对成庄矿5310大采高工作面开采受陷落柱影响的问题,对陷落柱进行了详细的勘探,明确了陷落柱的位置、范围,制定详细的探放水技术措施,对陷落柱进行超前探放水,并制定了过陷落柱的可行性方法。通过控制采高,采用采煤机直接割矸和震动爆破的方式,运用浅截深回采工艺,直接通过陷落柱。结果表明:通过运用直接过陷落柱的方案,减少了工作面搬家工作量,节约了费用,保证了工作面的连续推进,提高了煤炭资源回收率。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem that mining at 5310 large mining height working face of Chengzhuang Coal Mine is seriously effected by collapse column with a detailed exploration, we clear the position and range of collapse column, find out the collapse column without water, we propose the feasible method for passing collapse column in large mining height working face. We pass collapse column by controlling the mining height, using shearer to directly cut gangue and vibration blasting, and the mining technology of shallow-frustum. The results show that the scheme for passing collapse column reduces moving workload, saves the cost, extends mining face continuous propulsion, improves the recovery rate of coal resources.
