    Bolt-grouting Mechanism and Application of Deep Mine High Stress Soft Rock Roadway

    • 摘要: 为了解决淮南矿区深井高应力软岩巷道难以支护,且反复修护等问题,以潘一矿东区-842 m东翼1#回风大巷为背景开展了锚注支护试验研究,分析了深井高应力软岩巷道锚注支护机理,并与普通端锚锚杆支护进行对比研究。结果表明:锚注支护由端锚转变为全锚,提高了深部破碎围岩的径向约束,具有较高的抗剪力,改善了围岩的力学性质,提高了支护结构的承载能力和刚度,锚注加固段围岩裂隙基本不发育,工程应用表明采用锚注支护后巷道围岩位移明显减小,围岩稳定性得到有效控制。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem that Huainan Mining Area deep mine high stress soft rock roadway is difficult to support, and need to repeatedly repair, taking -842 m east wing 1# return air roadway of Panyi Mine east region as the background to carry out the experimental study of bolt-grouting support, we analyze bolt-grouting support mechanism of deep mine high stress soft rock roadway, and carry out a comparative study with the common end anchor bolting. The results show that the bolting and grouting, changing from end anchor to the whole anchor, improve the radial constraint of deep rock with high shear, improve the mechanical properties of surrounding rock, and improve the supporting structure of the carrying capacity and stiffness. Bolt-grouting section of surrounding rock crack do not development, the engineering application shows that the bolt-grouting roadway surrounding rock displacement reduced significantly, which effectively controls the stability of surrounding rock.
