    Small Coal Pillar Leaving and Roadway Support Design for Gob-side Entry Driving at Deep Isolated Island Coal Face

    • 摘要: 针对深部孤岛工作面沿空掘巷围岩控制困难的问题,以7433孤岛工作面作为工程背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测方法研究沿空巷道的合理煤柱尺寸及支护参数。结果表明:沿空掘巷的最佳位置在内应力场;煤柱尺寸取7 m时,其承载能力最优,围岩变形量最小。根据以上结论设计巷道支护参数,支护后的沿空巷道在回采与掘进期间的围岩变形均得到有效控制。

       

      Abstract: For the problems of difficult control of gob-side entry driving surrounding rock at deep island coal face, we took 7433 island coal face as the engineering background and carried out a research to get the reasonable coal pillar size and support parameter of gob-side entry driving by means of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement. And results show that the best location of the gob-side entry driving is the internal stress field. When it sized 7 m, the pillar will get the best bearing capacity and the minimum amount surrounding rock deformation. Based on these, we designed the support parameter, which obtained an effective control during both the roadway mining and driving.
