    矿用泡沫降尘器研制及泡沫试剂研究

    Development of Mine-used Foam Dust Suppression Device and Foam Reagent

    • 摘要: 为了降低井下工作面粉尘的浓度,提出了一种以井下压风管道提供高压空气为动力的节能式高倍数泡沫降尘器,相比于其他泡沫降尘器,它可使气-液充分混合并产生大量泡沫,且节能节水。同时依据协同特性原理,通过采用复配和正交试验配制出了一种环保型泡沫试剂,它具有稳定性高,捕尘能力强,对工作人员无伤害等优点。通过现场测得,该降尘系统对全尘的降尘率是93%,对呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率是79%。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the dust concentration of underground working face, we propose an energy saving type of high-expansion foam dust suppression device that uses underground coal pressure wind pipe to provide high pressure air as power. Compared with other dust suppression device, it can make the gas and liquid intensively mixing to produce a large number of bubbles and save energy and water. At the same time, based on features of cooperative principle and by adopting compound with orthogonal test, we develop an environmentally friendly foam reagent. It has high stability, strong dust catching ability, no harm to the staff, etc. The field measurement shows that the dust rate of foam generator for total coal dust is 93% and for respirable dust is 79%.
