    Influence of Temperature Variation on Coal Firmness Coefficient

    • 摘要: 为了测定不同实验温度对煤坚固性系数的影响,设计制造了温度可调的坚固性系数测定装置,对煤样分组进行实验,在温度为-20~60 ℃之间,每隔10 ℃就测定1个坚固性系数,得到不同温度时刻的煤坚固性系数值,实验结果表明:煤体坚固性系数随着温度升高而减小,随着温度降低而增大,不同煤样受温度影响程度不一样,煤体越坚硬,变化的幅度越大,煤体越软,变化的幅度就越小。

       

      Abstract: In order to determine the influence of different experimental temperature on coal firmness coefficient, we designed and manufactured the test device with adjustable temperature, determined firmness coefficient of different coal samples from -20 ℃ to 60 ℃ in every 10 ℃. Experimental results show that coal firmness coefficient decreases with the temperature increase, and increases with the decrease of temperature; the influence degree of coal samples is different under different temperature; the harder the coal body, the greater the amplitude; the soft the coal, the smaller the amplitude.
