    Correlation Study on Temperature and Wettability of Na2SO4-SDS Mixed Solution

    • 摘要: 为提高抑尘剂的利用率、降低井下粉尘浓度,利用正向渗透实验装置对无机盐复配溶液润湿性进行实验研究。根据Na2SO4-SDS无机盐复配溶液在溶液质量百分比0、0.05%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%和温度为10、15、20、25、30、35 ℃下的正向渗透结果,得到了温度-渗透时间曲线图。结果表明:Na2SO4-SDS复配溶液渗透时间随着温度的升高先降低后升高,在0.1%~0.3%与20~25 ℃范围内渗透效率最高。

       

      Abstract: To improve the utilization of dust-depressor and reduce the dust concentration, we use forward osmosis experiment device to study wettability of inorganic compound solution. We obtain temperature penetration time plot according to the forward osmosis results of Na2SO4-SDS inorganic compound solution in 10 ℃, 15 ℃, 20 ℃, 25 ℃ 30 ℃, 35 ℃ and solution mass percent of 0%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5%. The results show that the penetration time of Na2SO4-SDS distribution solution increases at first and then decreases with the temperature increasing; penetration efficiency is highest when solution mass percent is from 0.1% to 0.3% and temperature is from 20 ℃ to 25 ℃ range.
