    Study on Rational Support Strength of Roof at Face-end Area of Fully Mechanized Caving Face

    • 摘要: 运用理论分析和数值模拟方法,对综放工作面端头区域弧三角形悬板的形成、失稳过程进行了分析,并研究了其对端头支护薄弱区域的保护作用。研究表明:端头区域支护结构对于改变弧三角形悬板尺寸并无作用;随着工作面的推进,端头支护薄弱区域受弧三角形悬板保护范围具有周期性变化的特征,应分段进行加强支护。以王庄煤矿6202工作面为例进行了分析,确定了合理的端头支护强度,实现了端头区域的稳定。

       

      Abstract: The theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are used to study the formation and failure process of the triangle hanging plate at the face-end area and then the protective effect of the triangle hanging plate to the weak area is analyzed. Research shows that the supporting structure of the face-end area has no influence on the size of the triangle hanging plate; the scope of the triangle hanging plate shows the characteristics of periodic change with the working face advancing. So the support strength of the face-end area should be enhanced at some segments. Finally, taking the 6202 mining face of Wangzhuang Coal Mine as an example, the reasonable end support strength is found, and the stability of the face-end area is achieved.
