    Comprehensive Gas Control Technology at Fully Mechanized Island Mining Face

    • 摘要: 为了解决古书院矿孤岛综采工作面瓦斯浓度超限问题,对该矿瓦斯来源进行分析。通过扩帮起底、移除巷道堆积物、修缮通风设施、调斜工作面、悬挂风障等方法对通风系统进行优化,加强风排瓦斯。同时,采用钻孔分别对本煤层瓦斯和上隅角瓦斯进行抽放。利用采空区密闭插管的方法对邻近采空区内瓦斯进行抽放。通过风排与抽放相结合的瓦斯治理措施,确保了孤岛工作面瓦斯不超限,保证矿井安全生产。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of exceeding gas concentration at fully mechanized island mining face of Gushuyuan Coal Mine, we analyze the gas source of the mine. By using the method of expanding the roadway, removing roadway debris, repairing ventilation facilities, adjusting inclined mining face, hanging windbreak to optimize ventilation system, we strengthen gas drainage by wind, and use drillings to drain the coal seam and the upper corner gas at the same time, adopt the method of airtight intubation to drain the gas in the adjacent goaf. The gas control measures by wind and extraction ensure that the island mining face gas is not overrun, and guarantee the mine safety production.
