    Assessment Analysis of Coal Mining Enterprises’ Multi-level Behavior Impact on Safety Culture

    • 摘要: 安全文化属于安全工程软科学范畴,在初步梳理安全文化研究现状基础上,提出安全文化评测工作的重要性。依据国家安全文化建设相应准则,结合煤矿企业进行实证案例,初步阐明开展煤矿安全文化评价研究的可能性。研究表明,将煤矿企业划分为决策层、管理层及员工层等多层面,从不同层面行为对安全文化影响进行评测,对于从人的不安全行为角度认识、研究煤矿事故的预防管理体系具有较强的现实价值。

       

      Abstract: Safety culture belongs to safety engineering soft science category.The importance of developing safety culture evaluation work is proposed base on clearing the safety culture research status initially.On the basis of this,according to corresponding criterion of national security culture construction,combing with empirical case of coal mining enterprises,the possibility of carrying out coal mine safety culture evaluation is clarified.The results show that dividing the coal mining enterprises into decision-making,management,staff and other levels,evaluating the impact of safety culture from the behavior of different levels,have strong practical value to recognize and study prevention management system from the point of human's unsafe behavior.
