    Dust Control Technology at Fully Mechanized Working Face Based on Wet Collector and Wall-attached Fan Drum

    • 摘要: 针对陈四楼煤矿21007综掘工作面的生产强度和粉尘治理现状,提出在原有除尘措施基础上运用湿式除尘器联合附壁风筒的粉尘控制技术。附壁风筒的旋流作用可以有效减少综掘工作面粉尘扩散,并提高自激式水浴水膜除尘器对工作面含尘气流净化程度。现场应用数据显示,掘进机司机处除尘效率由60.7%提高到98%以上,除尘效果显著。

       

      Abstract: According to production intensity and dust control present situation at 21007 fully mechanized working face in Chensilou Coal Mine, on the basis of the original dust removal measure, dust control technology including wet collector and wall-attachment fan drum is proposed. The swirl effect of wall-attachment fan drum can effectively reduce the dust dispersion at fully mechanized working face, and improve self-actuated wet collector to purify face dusty airflow. The field application data show that collection efficiency increases from 60.7% to over 98% according to the machine driver, the dedusting effect is significantly.
