    Fire Prevention and Control Technology of Fully Mechanized Caving Face of Close Distance and Inflammable Thick Coal Seam Group

    • 摘要: 以神华集团神东矿区布尔台煤矿42104综放工作面为例,分析了工作面在回采过程中采空区遗煤易自燃的原因,并结合工作面的实际生产情况,坚持“预防为主,综合治理”的原则,提出了加强对采空区“三带”气体观测、优化采空区注氮方法、优选注浆材料和确定重点注浆区域、封堵漏风通道等综合防灭火措施。

       

      Abstract: Taking the No.42104 fully mechanized caving face in Buertai Coal Mine of Shendong Coal Group as the example, the spontaneous combustion of residual coal is easy in goaf, and the reason is analyzed. Combined with the actual production conditions of the working face, insisting on the principle "prevention first, comprehensive treatment", comprehensive control measures are proposed, such as strengthening the observations of the gas in three-zone of goaf, optimizing the nitrogen injection method of goaf, selecting the best grouting materials, determining the key zone of grouting, and sealing the channels of air leaking.
