    Comprehensive Fire Preventing and Extinguishing Technology for Gob at Fully Mechanized Mining Face in Ciyaogou Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 磁窑沟煤矿采空区浮煤厚度较大,为采空区遗煤自燃提供了物质条件。为预防火灾事故的发生,采取阻化剂防灭火、注氮、预防性灌浆及煤层注水等措施相结合的综合措施对工作面易发生自燃的区域进行有效的预防。通过束管监测系统分析,在采取综合预防措施后,10301工作面该区域内CO浓度均低于10×10-6,且上隅角没有发生过CO浓度超限报警情况,极大的降低了火灾事故发生,确保工作面安全回采。

       

      Abstract: The thickness of float coal in Ciyaogou Coal Mine gob is large, which provides material condition for coal spontaneous combustion in gob. In order to prevent fire accidents, we adopt comprehensive measures, including fire preventing and extinguishing by retardant, nitrogen injection, preventability grouting and coal seam water injection, to prevent spontaneous combustion at working face. Through the analysis of tube monitoring system, the CO concentration in the region is less than 10×10-6 at 10301 working face, and there have been no alarming because of CO concentration out of limit in upper corner, which greatly reduces the fire accidents, and ensures safety mining at working face.
