    Bolt-grouting Support Technology for Mining Roadway Passing Through Water-bearing Fault

    • 摘要: 为控制过赋水断层破碎带巷道围岩变形,防止围岩裂隙导通潜在水源,以裕兴煤矿15107工作面回采巷道为背景,通过建立过断层破碎带回采巷道锚注支护数值计算模型,分析了巷道围岩的变形破坏特征和浆液的扩散范围,设计了锚注联合支护方案并监测了其支护效果。结果表明:与未注浆相比,注浆后巷道顶板下沉量、左帮变形及右帮变形的平均值分别降低了56.1%、44.5%和33.5%;注浆后浆液沿围岩裂隙扩散,不仅提高了围岩的整体强度,而且封堵了断层破碎带及巷道围岩裂隙,有效控制了巷道涌水。

       

      Abstract: In order to control the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway in the water-bearing fault and prevent the surrounding fracture from connecting the potential water source, taking mining roadway at 15107 working face in Yuxing Mine as background, we analyze the deformation and failure characters of the roadway and the grout diffusion range by setting bolt-grouting support model of mining roadway passing through fault, and design the bolt-grouting support scheme and monitor the supporting effect. The results show that the deformation of the roof, left side and right side reduces by 56.1%, 44.5% and 33.5% after grouting and the cracks in fault fracture zone are sealed effectively.
