    Hardware Design on Remote Control System of Outburst Prevention Rig in Coal Mine Based on STM32 Controller

    • 摘要: 针对当前煤矿突出煤层事故多发的特点,为提高突出煤层钻探施工的安全性,提出了以STM32控制器为控制核心,以CAN总线作为传输方式的煤矿防突钻机控制系统的硬件架构。通过该硬件系统实现对钻机参数的采集与监测,同时对钻机的各执行机构进行远程操控。

       

      Abstract: According to the characteristics that accidents occur in coal seams of coal mines at present, to improve the drilling construction safety of outburst coal seam, the hardware architecture of the control system is designed with the STM32 controller as the core and CAN bus as the transmission way for the outburst prevention rig. All parameters of rig can be monitored and controlled through this hardware system, and the remote control is achieved for implementing agencies of rig.
