    Application of TDLAS Technology in the Field of Coal Mine Gas Disaster Detection

    • 摘要: 采用可调谐半导体激光光谱吸收检测技术(TDLAS)研制的气体探测装置,正在煤矿灾害气体检测领域进行大面积的推广。激光气体传感器的调校周期长,不受水蒸气、粉尘及其他干扰气体影响、测量误差低等特点均是其它种类的传感器所不可比拟的。对基于TDLAS技术的激光气体传感器设计进行详细阐述,旨在提高可调谐激光光谱吸收技术在煤矿灾害气体检测过程中的优势。

       

      Abstract: The gas detection apparatus is developed by using tunable diode laser absorption spectrum detection technique (TDLAS), it is spread in large area in the field of coal mine disaster gas detection area. The calibration cycle of laser gas sensor is long, it is not affected by water vapor, dust and other gas interference, and it has fast response speed and low measurement error, these characteristics are incomparable for other type sensors. The design of laser gas sensor is discussed in detail based on TDLAS technology, to improve the advantage of tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy in coal mine disaster gas detection process.
