    Application of Remote Cold Discharge Device for Backup Power in Changchun Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为满足《煤矿安全规程》中直流供电不低于 2 h规定,延长监测监控、人员定位分站备用电池的使用寿命,解决人工井下现场操作,影响安全和生产,提高效率;常村煤矿研制出了矿井安全监测、人员定位系统后备电源的嵌入交换机内的嵌入式冷态处理放电装置,只需通过监控机房的监控主机向井下分站发出遥控指令,井下分站备用电池便会自动放电或结束放电。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of "Coal Mine Safety Regulations",including the DC power supply cannot be lower than 2 hours, extending the battery service life of the monitoring control substation and personnel positioning substation, solving the artificial underground site operation which affects safety production to increase efficiency. The embedded cold discharge device is developed for backup power coal mine safety monitoring and controlling, personnel positioning system that can be embedded in the switch, the remote command can be sent to the underground substation through the monitoring host in the control room. Once getting the command, the backup battery of underground substation can achieve self-discharge or stopping discharge.
