    • 摘要: 建立煤矿煤流运输控制系统,实现对综采顺槽运输、大巷运输、主斜井胶带运输等原煤生产流程相关运输系统集中远程控制;通过地面分控中心实现对煤流运输系统的远程一键式流程起停控制;根据产量计量均衡各工作面的出煤量,自动调整采煤机割煤速度;煤流运输与安全监控、人员定位、视频监控等系统的实现智能联动,实现减人提效,减少事故,提高劳动生产率、节约能源、提升市场竞争力。

       

      Abstract: The coal flow system control system is established in coal mines, the centralized remote control is achieved for fully mechanized mining crossheading transport, the main roadway transport, inclined shaft belt transport and other related transportation system of coal production process. Through the ground control center, it is implemented that the remote one-button start-stop control for coal flow transport control system. The coal output of working faces are balanced according to the output measurement, and the coal cutting speed of shearer is adjusted automatically. The intelligent linkage is realized that the coal flow transport and safety monitoring, personnel positioning, video monitoring system, which can increase the efficiency, reduce the number of accidents, improve labor productivity, save energy, and promote market competitiveness.
