    Research and Application of Gob-side Entry Retaining Technology by Roof Reducing Subsidence

    • 摘要: 为解决新安矿沿空留巷变形严重、围岩稳定性无法保障等问题,结合8#煤层综三工作面地质条件,进行顶板减沉沿空留巷技术研究。该研究以自主研发的粉煤灰基胶结材料构筑巷旁充填体,超前工作面于巷旁支护采空区侧施工顶板深钻孔,弱化充填体及采空区上方顶板联系。数值模拟表明该技术的应用使巷旁充填体侧顶板下沉量及其帮变形量分别降低了44%和27%;现场应用效果表明该技术极大改善了新安矿沿空留巷围岩控制效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as serious deformation by gob-side entry retaining, instability of surrounding rock, we carry out gob-side entry retaining technology by roof reducing subsidence combined with geological conditions of 8coal seam in the third fully mechanized working face. This research constructs filling body beside roadway by binder backfill material based on self-developed fly-ash, and constructs roof deep borehole on the side of the gob-side advance the working face to weaken the roof relationship between goaf and filling body. Numerical simulation result shows that the technology makes roof subsidence reduced by 44% and the sides of filling body's deformation reduced by 27%. The effect of application shows that this technique can improve the surrounding's control effect of gob-side entry retaining in Xin'an Coal Mine.
