    Safe and Fast Withdrawal Technology for Support at Huating Coal Mine 250104 Working Face

    • 摘要: 为了解决综采工作面搬家时回撤工效低、安全性差等问题,引进专用的回撤设备对支架进行回撤,并用齿轨式卡轨车和液压起吊装置对支架进行运输和解体。该套技术应用之后,收效明显,仅用11 d的时间,就将121付支架安全顺利地回撤到地面,较之前1个工作面提前12 d完成任务。结果表明:回撤设备等配套装置的联合应用,有利于工作面实现快速、优质、安全、低耗的搬家目标。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor safety during the withdrawal at fully mechanized coal face, a dedicated support withdrawal equipment is introduced, and rack rail car and hydraulic lifting device is used for transport and the disintegration of the support. After application of this set of technology, we smoothly and safely retreat 121 supports to the ground in just 11 days, and complete the task in advance 12 days compared to the last face. The results show that the combination retracement of equipment and other ancillary devices are conducive to achieve fast, high-quality, safe and low moving target for working face.
