    Treatment Methods of Slime Water in Tiemei Group

    • 摘要: 基于对煤泥水的产生原因及危害分析,通过实验对煤泥水的性质及其难处理的原因进行了研究。并对混凝沉淀法处理煤泥水工艺进行了研究,确定了工艺条件。实验研究结果表明,由于煤泥水中水的煤泥颗粒细小,且带有负电荷,因此,难以自然沉降。采用电石渣和聚丙烯酰胺处理煤泥水效果良好,处理后的水能够达到排放标准和回用洗煤的标准。

       

      Abstract: Through the analysis of the causes and hazards of slime water, we analyzed slime water properties and reasons of difficult treatment by the experiment. We studied the coagulation treatment of slime water by precipitation method to determine process conditions. Experimental results show that the tiny particles in water with negative charges are difficult to be naturally sedimentation because of slime water. Treatment effect is good by using carbide slag and PAM slurry, the treated water discharge standard and reuse of coal washing can reach to standard.
