    2001-2013年中国煤矿瓦斯事故分析

    Analysis of Coal Mine Gas Accidents in China from 2001 to 2013

    • 摘要: 利用国家煤矿安全监察局煤矿事故查询系统公布的数据,对2001-2013年我国发生的矿井瓦斯事故进行统计,通过分析瓦斯事故类型、发生区域、发生时间等信息与煤矿瓦斯事故之间的相关性,总结我国煤矿瓦斯事故的频发规律;分析我国煤矿法律法规、小煤矿政策对煤矿瓦斯事故的影响。分析表明,瓦斯事故是我国煤矿第1大事故,其中瓦斯爆炸事故危害性最大,乡镇小煤矿是我国瓦斯事故的重灾区。

       

      Abstract: Through the data released by the coal mine accident inquiry system of State Administration of Coal Mine Safety, the statistics are carried out that mine gas accidents occurring in China from 2001 to 2013. By analyzing the correlation between the information and coal mine gas accidents, the information includes gas accident type, occurrence region, occurrence time and so on, it is summarized that the frequent occurrence law of coal mine gas accidents. The influence of laws and regulations for Chinese coal mines and the policy of small coal mines are analyzed on coal mine gas accidents. The results show that gas accidents are the first major coal mine accidents, the gas explosion accident is the most pernicious, and township small coal mines are the heavy disaster area of gas accidents in China.
