    Prevention Study on Mining Dangerous Zone With Weak Outburst Proneness and Complicated Conditions

    • 摘要: 针对某矿井地质条件复杂、区段煤柱应力集中可能引发冲击危险的问题,首先进行3#煤层及顶板冲击倾向性测试,试验得出,3#煤层为弱冲击倾向煤层,顶板岩层为弱冲击倾向岩层,并定性得出煤样与煤岩组合试样冲击倾向性指标具有正相关性;其次划分出冲击危险区域,针对危险区域进行钻屑法及电磁辐射法监测,证实工作面过断层及正常回采时均存在冲击危险。最后提出深孔爆破卸压、4.1 m小煤柱护巷等冲击防治措施,为安全生产提供保障。

       

      Abstract: For the rock burst problem caused by complex geological conditions, stress concentration of section coal pillar, we firstly study rock burst proneness test of No.3 coal seam, draw the conclusion that No.3 coal seam has weak outburst proneness, and so does the roof strata; the positive correlation of bursting proneness indexes between coal samples and coal rock composition samples is qualitatively obtained. Secondly, we divide rock burst dangerous zone in where drilling bits and electromagnetic radiation monitoring is applied, coal face existing hazard of rockburst when it passing through fault and mining normally. Finally, prevention measures on pressure releasing of deep hole blasting, supporting roadway with 4.1 m narrow pillar are proposed, and safety production is ensured.
