    Study on Strength of Cementitious Backfill Material with Loess in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为探索廉价适宜的充填材料,选用低值的黄土作为原材料制备胶结充填材料,通过改变多种因素,试验研究材料强度的变化规律。结果表明:黄土质胶结充填材料的强度受多因素控制,随着水泥掺量、质量浓度、粉煤灰掺量的增加,材料强度逐渐升高,但粉煤灰掺量存在极限值;随着风积砂掺量的升高,强度缓慢降低;对掺入石灰和石膏,强度响应不显著。材料强度对各因素敏感性不一,对质量浓度敏感性最强,对粉煤灰敏感性最弱。

       

      Abstract: In order to find out cheap and feasible backfill material, the loess, as raw material, is used to produce cementitious backfill material, and the strength of the material is determined by different factors. The results show that the strength of the material is relating with several factors. Along with the increase of cement proportion, mass concentration and fly ash proportion, the strength increases gradually. The strength deceases when the sand proportion increases slowly. But the impact on strength is not significant from lime and gypsum. The sensitivity of strength response is different to the factors, and the sensitivity of mass concentration is the most powerful, the sensitivity of fly ash is the weakest.
