    • 摘要: 分析煤矿化学氧自救器起动器的着火原因,认为改进氧烛引发药和氧烛性能是提高氧烛安全可靠性主要改进方向。利用热分析手段筛选出氯酸钠高效催化剂。新研制的氧烛配方采用自制高效催化剂、复合氧化剂和复合金属粉、添加稳定剂物料和湿压成型工艺,改善了氧烛产氧燃烧性能,提高了氧烛强度,进而提高了氧烛的安全可靠性。

       

      Abstract: The inflame reason of oxygen candle starter of coal mine self-rescuer was analyzed. Improving the ignition power and oxygen candle performance was the main path of improving the safety and reliability of oxygen candle. The highly active catalyst for sodium chlorate was screened by thermal analysis. The new oxygen candle formulation was composed of home-made highly active catalyst, compound oxidant, compound metal powder and stabilizing agent. The intensity of oxygen candle was improved by wet press confection technology. All these methods were used to improve the safety and reliability of oxygen candle.
