    瓦斯抽采钻孔封隔一体化封孔技术

    Hole Sealing Method of Sealing and Partitioning Integration for Gas Extraction Holes

    • 摘要: 针对巷道壁面和瓦斯抽采钻孔周围都有裂隙,且受采动影响动态变化,裂隙沟通后形成漏气通道的技术难题,提出了在孔内注浆封堵,在孔口的巷道壁上喷涂1层防渗材料的“封隔一体化”封孔技术。分析了钻孔周围裂隙带特征,研究了优势漏风通道形成机制,阐述了封隔一体化技术的原理,设计隔断层密封性相似实验,研究了不同形态的隔断层对钻孔的密封效果。研究结果表明:填充隔断层后的密封效果远强于未填充的情况;隔断层面积和厚度越大,负压值越高,衰减越慢,密封效果越好。封隔一体化封孔技术应用于平煤十三矿,试验结果表明:封隔一体化封孔技术密封性能优异,显著地提高了瓦斯抽采浓度。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the technological problem of roadway wall and gas extraction borehole containing many fractures which are easily affected by mining, and the problem of leakage passage forming by fractures communication, the hole sealing method of sealing and partitioning integration by grouting in borehole and coating a layer of impervious material in the roadway of wall orifice is proposed. Fractures zone characteristics around the borehole are analyzed, the formation mechanism of ascendant air leakage passage is studied, the principle of the sealing method by sealing and partitioning integration is expounded. The borehole sealing effect of different forms insulating layer is studied by designing insulating layer's similar sealing experiment. The results shows that the sealing effect after filling insulating layer is much stronger than without filling; the greater the proportion and thickness of insulating layer, the higher the negative pressure value, the slower the decay, the better the sealing results. The sealing method of sealing and partitioning integration is applied in the Thirteenth Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Industry, the test results show that sealing method of sealing and partitioning integration has excellent sealing performance which significantly increases the concentration of gas extraction.
