    Surface Vertical Shafts and Underground Horizontal Holes Joint Development Technology for Coalbed Methane in Coal Field

    • 摘要: 开发利用煤矿区煤层气具有经济、安全和环保三重效益。提出了一种地面直井和井下水平孔联合开发煤层气的技术方法,详细介绍了其技术原理,抽采通道的构成、关键施工技术和抽采工艺,分析了地面直井与井下水平孔联合开发煤层气的潜在技术优势。基于理论研究,在晋城寺河井田进行了现场试验,实施了井下钻孔控制排水,地面直井无动力采气的联合开发工艺,试验结果证明了该技术方法原理的可行性。

       

      Abstract: In the coal mining area, exploitation and utilization of coalbed methane is beneficial for economy, safety and environment protection. We present a new kind of technical method for coalbed methane exploitation with the joint development of surface vertical shafts and underground horizontal boreholes, and its technical principle, recovery channels, key construction technique and recovery technique are introduced in detail, and the potential technology advantages of the new technology are analyzed. On the basis of theoretical research, in Jincheng Sihe Coal Field, the drainage technique, water is produced by underground horizontal directional boreholes and coalbed methane is produced through the surface vertical well without power, was carried out; and test results show that the principle of technical method is practicable.
