    Mechanical Analysis and Optimal Design of Fixture for Screen Pipe Gas Drainage Borehole Completion in Underground Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对目前煤矿井下瓦斯抽采孔筛管完孔悬挂装置在大倾角度钻孔应用时悬挂可靠性差、弹卡室部分强度较低等问题,通过建立力学模型、优化计算以及有限元分析等手段,研究了悬挂装置卡爪长度、张开角度与钻孔孔径、卡爪楔入孔壁分力的关系,分析了弹卡室、卡爪销孔等受力关键部位在筛管下入以及轴向悬挂载荷情况下的应力分布。研究结果表明,在综合施工工艺、悬挂装置结构及钻孔孔径的基础上,卡爪长度97 mm时悬挂性能较好。悬挂装置卡爪收纳槽端部和销孔处是应力集中区,在动载或轴向力增加的情况下会相继达到屈服极限。

       

      Abstract: According to the poor reliability of fixture used in large inclined angle borehole and low strength of locking coupling in underground coal mine. By means of mechanical model, optimization calculation and finite element method, the relationship between the length of claw, opening angle and borehole diameter, component force of wedging in borehole wall is studied. The stress distribution of locking coupling, pin hole of claw is analyzed when screen pipe is cased. The results showed that the hang performance is better when the length of claw is 97 mm. The groove tip and pin hole of claw is the area of stress concentration, they will reach the yield limit consecutively.
