    Mine-used Ultrasonic Air Velocity Sensor Based on Time Difference Method

    • 摘要: 针对国内现有矿用风速传感器的测量问题,引入基于时差法的超声波测量方法。介绍了时差法的基本原理,设计了基于16位数字控制器为核心的传感器,并详细介绍了系统的设计原理、系统的硬件电路及软件流程。试验结果验证了该传感器具有较高的测量精度及测量范围,值得进一步产业化应用。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the measurement problem of mine-used air velocity sensor, we introduce ultrasonic measurement method based on time difference method. We introduce the basic principle of time difference method, design a sensor based on the 16-bit digital controller, and introduce the design principle, hardware circuit and software flow of the system. The experimental results show that the sensor has high measuring accuracy and measuring range and is worth further industrialization application.
