    一种矿灯智能充电管理系统的设计

    A Design for Miner's Lamp Intelligent Charging Management System

    • 摘要: 设计了一款可兼容多种类型矿灯的智能充电管理系统。系统主要由以Cotex-M3内核的STM32为控制核心的灯位控制板、以STC12C5608AD为控制核心的矿灯充电板和监控主机构成。系统可实现多种类型矿灯的充电,并实时监测充电状态;系统设有TFT彩色液晶屏用于显示矿灯充电状态、煤矿人员信息等;系统结合射频识别技术实现1人1柜,同时辅助考勤,通过监控主机软件实现查询、打印以及考勤管理等功能。另外,系统监控主机与充电柜之间采用无线通信进行数据交互,减少现场布线,方便系统维护。

       

      Abstract: The miner's lamp intelligent charging management system is designed in this paper. The system contains three parts: the digital control panel taking Cotex - M3 kernel STM32 as the control core, the lamp charging plate taking STC12C5608AD as control core and the monitoring host. It is a system which can achieve multi-type lamp charging, real-time monitoring of the charge condition, and charging state, condition monitoring and miner's information display with TFT color LCD screen. It can be combined with radio frequency identification to achieve one person one cabinet and to support staff attendance, implement query, print and attendance management with monitoring host software. The other face, the system monitoring host adopts the wireless communication to carry on data interaction with charging lamp, which is convenient for system maintenance by reducing the field wiring.
