    Relation Analysis of Mine-used Rescue Capsule Strength Between Single Section Capsule and Whole Capsule

    • 摘要: 对选定救生舱进行三维实体建模和爆炸冲击波流场计算,获得流场冲击波数据,在此载荷条件下,分别对整舱和单节舱体进行有限元计算,并对2种情况下选定舱体的应力情况和变形情况进行研究和分析。结论表明:单节舱计算结果与整舱的计算结果较为一致,尤其是应力结果更为切合,可较好的反映整个舱体的强度水平。为减少建模及计算时间,在救生舱前期强度设计与计算中,可根据单节舱体的计算结果,找出舱体的薄弱点并完善救生舱强度设计工作。

       

      Abstract: We carries out the 3D solid modeling and explosion shock wave calculation for the selected refuge chamber, obtains the explosion shock wave data, finite element calculation for the whole refuge chamber and single cabin is carried out respectively on the basis of the load conditions, then strength and deformation results are compared and analyzed under these two conditions. The conclusion shows that finite element calculation result of single cabin is roughly the same with whole refuge chamber, especially the strength result is consistent, and so it could reflect the intensity level of the whole cabin. In order to reduce the modeling and calculation time, single section cabin result could be taken as a reference of the refuge chamber initial design and calculation, which can help the designers to find out the weakness of rescue capsule and guide subsequent design work.
