    Application of Monostable Permanent Magnetic Vacuum Circuit Breaker in Mine

    • 摘要: 矿井的开采、通风、运输等各个环节顺利进行需要供电系统的安全稳定来保障,电磁机构和弹操机构的真空断路器都存在着效率低、可控性差的问题。以永磁机构真空断路器和Atmel单片机为基础设计了永磁机构控制器,包括信号检测单元、IGBT驱动电路、执行模块,极大提高了动作的可靠性,保证系统的稳定运行。

       

      Abstract: Mining, ventilation, transportation and other aspects of mine need power supply system to ensure the safety and stability, the problems of low efficiency and poor controllability are still existing in the vacuum circuit breaker of mechanism structure and electric-magnetic structure. The controller of monostable permanent magnetic has been designed based on vacuum circuit breaker and Atmel micro controller, including signal measuring unit, IGBT driving circuit, executive circuit which improved the reliability of action to ensure the stable operation of the system.
