    Application of Small-bore Long-short Hole Blasting in Roof Pre-splitting of Large Mining Height Face

    • 摘要: 为降低长平煤矿3#煤层4311大采高坚硬顶板工作面初次垮落来压时矿压显现程度,针对4311工作面实际情况,提出小孔径深浅孔综合爆破方式。研究结果表明,采用小孔径深浅孔综合爆破方式处理顶板后,顶板破碎程度较高,初次来压步由45 m左右减小到30 m左右,良好的爆破效果确保了长平煤矿厚煤层开采高效安全。

       

      Abstract: To reduce the strata behavior of Changping Mine 4311 large mining height face when first weighting comes, according to hard roof condition of 4311 large mining height face, we propose pre-splitting blasting scheme of large mining height face and use small-bore long-blasting hole blasting technique as an innovative method. It proves that the blasting effect is good, and first weighting pace of main roof is reduced from 45 m to 30 m, which ensures safety and efficient mining of thick coal seam in Changping Mine.
