    • 摘要: 针对国内日益严峻的矿井热害问题,介绍了目前国内煤矿井下主要的降温方式,指出了各种降温方式的优缺点,并提出了一种新型的气动制冷冰箱,仿真结果表明,气动制冷冰箱的制冷温度可以达到-18 ℃,并可实现纯机械方式的温度自动控制,将其与降温服结合运用在高温矿井的热害治理中,该方法本质安全且成本低,可直接作用于人体进行降温,有效防止煤矿工人高温中暑,更好地保证煤炭的安全生产,具有广阔的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: In view of the increasingly severe thermal damage in mine, we introduce and analyze the main measures to cool down the high-temperature in mine. A new type of pneumatic refrigerator is designed. The simulation results show that the refrigerating temperature can reach -18 ℃ and can be controlled automatically and mechanically. The combination of the refrigerator and heat sinking vest is applied to the heat damage in mine; it is safe intrinsically and low in price. The body temperature can be decreased directly; they will not suffer from heatstroke. So this method can ensure the safety in coal production and has wide application prospect.
