    • 摘要: 为了研究近距离煤层大采高工作面的设备选型与配套,以三交河煤矿2-512工作面为研究对象,根据2-512工作面的地质条件,对工作面的采煤机、刮板运输机、顺槽转载机、破碎机和液压支架进行了选型计算;根据计算结果,对工作面的设备选型与配套的可行性进行了分析。 计算结果表明:工作面的采煤机、刮板运输机、顺槽转载机、破碎机和液压支架都满足工作面的使用要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the equipment selection and matching of large mining height working face in closed distance seam, focusing on 2-512 working face of Sanjiaohe Mine, according to the geological conditions of 2-512 working face, the type selection calculation of shearer, scraper conveyor, gateway reprint machine, crusher and hydraulic support are implemented. The feasibility of the equipment selection and matching in working face is analyzed according to the calculation results. The calculation results show that shearer, scraper conveyor, consecutive stage machine, crusher and hydraulic support all satisfy the requirements of working face.
