    Reason Analysis of Gob Gas Explosion Based on Behavioral Safety

    • 摘要: 为得到导致采空区瓦斯爆炸事故中人的行为原因,基于行为安全理论以事故致因“2-4”模型为理论依据,选取了2000年至今所有公开的17起煤矿采空区重特大瓦斯爆炸事故为样本,运用事故案例分析统计的方法,对导致事故的不安全动作原因进行研究。结果表明:采空区瓦斯爆炸事故中存在违章放炮、违章管理密闭、违章管理采空区等7大类27小类不安全动作,一线作业人员和高层管理人员的不安全动作发生频数最高,一线作业人员以违章放炮、违章管理密闭、进入禁入区3大类为主,高层管理人员主要以违章管理密闭、越界或超能力开采、违章指挥和违章管理采空区4大类为主。

       

      Abstract: In order to prevent the gob gas explosion, taking 17 major and particular major underground mine accidents which happened in gob since 2000 for samples. Using accidents statistic analysis method, we study the causes which cause unsafe action. The results showed that the total of 27 types of unsafe acts can be summarized to 7 groups such as blasting in violation, managing stopping in violation, managing gob in violation; front-line workers (containing blasting in violation, managing sealing in violation and entering the off-limits) and high level managers (containing managing sealing in violation, crossing the line or ultra ability mining, illegal command and goaf management) have more unsafe acts.
