    • 摘要: 针对煤矿开采过程中微细粉尘特别是呼吸性粉尘的特点,提出了微细水雾降尘除尘方法:通过对水雾喷头进行旋转产生微细雾幕,从而达到降尘除尘的效果。分析了微细水雾降尘除尘工作原理和捕尘机理,并对产生微细水雾的旋转喷头进行了简单的设计。结合旋转喷头特点将控尘区域划分成3部分,集中喷射区、控制区和临界逃逸区,通过3层控制从而能够达到比较理想的降尘除尘效果。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the features of ultrafine dust,especially the respirable dust,in the coal mining process,dust-settling and dedusting method used fine water-spray is put forward.The fine mist was produced by rotating spray nozzle,so as to achieve the effect of dust-settling and dedusting.The working principle and dust catching mechanism of fine water mist dust-settling and dedusting were analyzed,and the rotating nozzle for producing fine mist was designed simply.Combined with the features of rotating nozzle,the dust control area is divided into three parts,focused jet zone,control zone and the critical escape zone,which can achieve the ideal effect of dust-settling and dedusting by three-layer control.
