    煤层瓦斯压力测定中浆液各组分最优配比研究

    Study on Optimum Ratio of Cement Grouting in Coal Seam Gas Pressure Measurement

    • 摘要: 为了研究煤层瓦斯压力测定过程中浆液各组分的最优配比,首先从浆液基本性能测定实验入手,研究在不同水灰比、水玻璃水比条件下浆液的析水率、结石率、终凝硬化时间,进而模拟本煤层瓦斯压力测定过程中水泥砂浆封孔条件,设计了长度12 m、直径75 mm的钻孔模型,并通过改变钻孔角度,进行不同浆液配比条件下水泥砂浆的封孔实验,在浆液凝固硬化后剖开模拟钻孔,观测模拟钻孔内浆液结石体的形态,测定有效的封孔长度,并采集模拟钻孔中不同配比下的成型水泥样块结石体,研究不同配比浆液结石体的渗透率。最后,给出了水泥砂浆封孔方法最佳的浆液配比。

       

      Abstract: In order to research the best ratio of the cement grouting in the process of the coal seam gas pressure measurement, we measure the basic properties of slurry, research drainage rate, rate of stone, final set hardening time under different water cement ratios, sodium silicate, simulate hole sealing condition of cement mortar in coal seam pressure measurement, design the drilling of 12 m in length and 75 mm in diameter, carry out hole sealing experiment of cement mortar under the conditions of different ratios of grouting by changing the angle of drilling. Slitting the drilling and observing it, measuring the effective length of stone and the permeability of stone, acquiring cement sample piece of stone simulated in drilling under the different ratios, the best ratio of the cement grouting in cement mortar sealing is given at last.
