    Research on Outburst Elimination and Pre-drainage Evaluation for Bedding Holes in Mining Face

    • 摘要: 为使评价结果准确、可靠、如实的反映煤体的突出危险性,探讨了评价单元划分的必要性和原则、间接法和直接法进行消突评价的方法,并在此基础上提出了一套针对回采面顺层钻孔瓦斯预抽消突措施的效果检验方法。针对永红煤矿3511上分层回采工作面消突措施执行情况,通过间接法计算和直接法实测残余瓦斯含量2种方法,对其进行了消突评价。结果表明:间接法得到的残余瓦斯含量最大值为7.54 m3/t,直接法实测的残余瓦斯含量最大值为7.67 m3/t,均低于8 m3/t,3511上分层回采工作面已消除煤与瓦斯突出危险性。

       

      Abstract: In order to make the evaluation result exactly and reliablely, correctly reflect the outburst danger of the coal seam, on the basis of discussing the necessity and principle of evaluation, direct and indirect methods of outburst elimination evaluation, we propose a series of methods to evaluate the outburst elimination effect in the case of bedding pre-drainage in coal mining face. By directly actual measurement and indirectly computing of residual gas content, the effect of measures on eliminating the outburst danger in 3511 higher slice mining face of Yonghong Coal Mine is evaluated. The results show that the maximum residual gas content is 7.54 m3/t and 7.67 m3/t by indirectly computing and directly actual measurement, which are both lower than 8 m3/t. It is concluded that the risk of coal and gas outburst danger in 3511 higher slice mining face is eliminated.
