    • 摘要: 为了解决寺家庄矿顺层钻孔预抽煤巷条带瓦斯措施预抽末期抽采量下降幅度大,消突周期过长的问题,分析了造成该现象的原因,采用压风注气配合顺层钻孔预抽煤巷条带瓦斯技术,在寺家庄矿15108进风顺槽进行试验,结果表明,预抽末期压风注入0.5 MPa的气体可以使平均预抽纯量维持在1.07 m3/min,单孔的抽采纯量提高2~38.6倍;平行层理方向比垂直层理方向注气见效快,渗透率不同是导致该差异性的原因。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of large declination of extraction volume and long cycle of outburst elimination at the end of pre-drainage by using pre-drainage coal roadway bands CH4 measure in boreholes along seam of Shijiazhuang mine,the reason of causing the phenomenon is analyzed.Pre-drainage coal roadway bands CH4 technology using gas injection coordinated with boreholes is tested in 15108 air intake crossheading of Shijiazhuang coal mine.The result shows that the pressure air injection of 0.5 Mpa can maintain the average pre-drainage scalar of 1.07 m3/min at end of pre-drainage;single-hole extraction scalar increased by 2~38.6 times;the effect of injection gas in parallel bedding direction is faster than in vertical stratification direction,the different of permeability is the reason leading to the difference.
